‘Big Red One’ chefs refresh training at Food Service Lab

August 20, 2014 — Knife skills and newrecipes are now part of the standard toolkit for 15 “Big Red One” Soldiers whograduated from the Food Service Refresher Training. Cantigny dedicates MOH room
