ICE is a web-based tool that supports two-way communication between various service providers on the installation and their customers.
The ICE system provides online comment cards to enable customers to provide comments about and to rate services used. It is designed to improve customer service by allowing managers to monitor the satisfaction levels of services provided through reports and customer comments.
