Scout Riley is scheduled from Oct. 4 – Oct. 6, 2013. Scout Riley will be conducted in conjunction with the Post’s annual Fall Apple Day Festival.
How to attend
Complete the entry form and return it to the Community Relations Office before the required submission deadline date of September 21, 2013.
Complete the Adult Hold Harmless Agreement, the Minor Hold Harmless Agreement and return the completed forms to the Community Relations Office.
Due to the required reporting submission time lines to other Post entities supporting the Fall Apple Day and Scout Riley events, we ask all attendees to meet the required submission deadline date.

If attendees prefer these documents be sent via the Postal service, please contact the Community Relations Office and provide a name, accurate mailing address and contact information via e-mail or phone. The mailed packet will include a welcome letter, itinerary, map, Scout Riley entry form, Adult and Minor Hold Harmless Legal Agreements and the Community Relations Office Scout Riley contact information.
Scout Troops or Councils who are requesting a table and reservation within the expo tent are required to complete the Directorate of Morale, Welfare and Recreation Office 2013 Fall Festival Vendor Registration form and return it with payment to the DFMWR office, Mr. Duanne Clayton, (firstname.lastname@example.org), or via phone: (785) 239-2807.
