Leader Skills Enhancement Courses (LSEC)
Leader Skills Enhancement Courses (LSEC) are on-duty classes designed to train non-commissioned officers and other Soldiers who exhibit potential for promotion and increased leadership responsibility.
Classes are available to Soldiers, with adult Family Members, DA Civilians, Retirees, and Reservists on a space-available basis. These classes provide an opportunity for personal and professional development.
Over 42 different courses are available at no cost to the student, for undergraduate credit from Barton County Community College. For a description of LSEC course:

LSEC courses are conducted in learning center classrooms during the duty day, five days a week for six weeks.
Your first step is to register in GoArmyEd so you can enroll in these courses. Stop by and see a counselor support at one of our learning centers.
