Leader Skills Enhancement Courses (LSEC)
Leader Skills Enhancement Courses (LSEC) is designd to assist in the training of Noncommissioned Officers and soldiers demonstrating leadership potential in the advanced skills needed to preform at a higher-level leadership and staff positions.
Classes are available to Soldiers with Commander's approval, Adult Family Members, DA Civilians, Retirees, and Reservists may enroll on a space-available basis. These classes provide an opportunity for personal and professional development.
Over 42 different courses are available at no cost to the student, for undergraduate credit from Barton County Community College. For a description of LSEC course:
LSEC Course Descriptions
LSEC courses are conducted in learning center classrooms during the duty day, five days a week for six weeks.
Your first step is to register in GoArmyEd so you can enroll in these courses. Stop by and see a counselor at Main Post Learning Center.

Active duty Soldiers - continue that process for subsequent courses.
