The 1st Infantry Division C4 Skills Training Facility, located at Fort Riley Building 509, provides Signal Soldiers with a training opportunity to become more proficient in executing their mission, whether deployed or in garrison. The goals of the facility are to provide specific training on current equipment and methodologies and reinforce classroom instruction that coincides with field execution.
